The maintenance of chassis part can be solved at the service station near the user's place of use (see service stations of each province). Please refer to the chassis maintenance manual for the location, technical force and contact information. The maintenance of the special device can be carried out by telephone or fax. The supplier shall send professional maintenance personnel to the place of use 24-28 hours after receiving the user's call. The "Three Guarantees" period of the equipment provided by the supplier is one year or 25000km. During the "Three Guarantees" period, the free maintenance of the chassis part is carried out at the service station where the user is located, and the free maintenance of the special device part is carried out by the professional and technical personnel sent by the supplier. In case of quality failure caused by illegal operation or improper use, accidents, etc., the supplier shall provide timely maintenance service, but the maintenance cost shall be borne by the user.

Spare parts supply and price after free maintenance period:

After the free maintenance period (after the "Three Guarantees" period), if the equipment fails, it needs to replace parts. The chassis part can be carried out at the service station, and the special device part is directly supplied by the supplier. The price of parts is supplied to the user according to the cost price.

If the user needs to improve and adjust the partial special devices of the equipment, the bidding supplier can provide door-to-door service according to the specific situation without violating the relevant national laws, regulations, national standards and enterprise standards, and can inform the user to go to the manufacturer to provide service to meet the user's requirements.
